Firetree Place is happy to host your event!

Whether you’re trying to plan a birthday party, baby shower or sporting event, we are happy to host your event! With three spaces available, we have a space to suit your needs.

Common Area-$45/hour

Special events or large meetings were made for our Common Area space! With two levels for planning and a stage platform, our common area can hold up to 150 people.

Community Room-$20/hour

Looking for a space to hold a small meeting. Check out our Community Room!

Gymnasium-$60/hour

Our full-sized Gymnasium includes basketball hoops, bleachers, and can hold up to 400 people. Rental includes locker rooms and foyer area. Depending on the type of event, there is a $20 protective flooring fee.

  • All rentals require a refundable $200 security deposit to hold your reservation
  • Remaining balance due the day before the event
  • No alcohol is allowed on premises.
  • No Kitchen Access
  • Tables and chairs available for use
  • Renter is responsible for set up, teardown and cleaning of space.
